What if you could pick your next rental home from houses that are actually for sale? No more competing with dozens of other ‘renters’ for the same property. It really is possible! Just pick the home you want (within certain criteria). The home is then purchased and leased back to you with an option to purchase it at any time during the lease period. So you found a house and you want to lease it! That’s awesome! First you will need to be approved. This would be the case with any rental so let’s get down to it.

Simply apply online and you should have your final approval within 2 days or so. Sometimes it can happen sooner, sometimes it may take an extra day or so.

The important thing to remember is to have all of the important information together in one place. This makes for the the fastest approval time.

Just like purchasing a home, it’s going to take about 5 to 6 weeks for you to get into the home. It’s important to remember that Home Partners of America needs time to purchase the home and they will also need to ensure that the home has all the final repairs necessary to lease the home back to you. When planning your move, you’ll want to keep this in mind. Many landlords want 60 days notice when vacating the home so if you are currently renting consider this as part of the normal process. Doing so will make the transition process much easier.
